Cancellation Policy
ALL appointments have a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes your appointment can be rescheduled or cancelled.
No call / No show appointments will be banned from booking again and will be charged 80% of the services charge
Same day cancellation = 80% service balance due
I am super understanding so if you need to reschedule or cancel please communicate that with me at least 24hrs before appointment time and your deposit will roll over to new appointment time. Thank you!
